AGU Sustainability Office hosted “Greener Journeys: Travel Carbon Footprint” workshop within the scope of the International Staff Mobility Week organized with Abdullah Gül University Erasmus Office ERASMUSTERN consortium project partners.
Following their presentation on “Sustainability at Universities”, the Sustainability Office explained to the participants how to calculate the carbon footprint of travel and accommodation.
Participants from Portugal, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Latvia, Greece, Romania, Romania, Latvia and Spain calculated their own travel and accommodation carbon footprint according to the distance of their country of origin.
