Abdullah Gül University (AGU) International Office hosted a productive meeting with volunteer students who actively assist international and exchange program students during key stages such as registration and orientation on 13.12.2024. This gathering aimed to strengthen collaboration, assess the efficiency of the support provided, and identify areas for improvement through constructive feedback from the volunteers.
During the meeting, the volunteers shared their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for better facilitating the integration of international students into the AGU community. The session also highlighted the significant role of volunteer students in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for newcomers, fostering a sense of belonging, and ensuring a smooth transition into academic and social life at AGU.
Additionally, feedback was provided regarding the general satisfaction of international students, including complaints and the measures taken to address them. The International Office discussed improvements made to resolve these issues and enhance the overall experience of international students at AGU.
