In order to welcome new international students, Abdullah Gül University International Office have organized Orientation Programme. From mid-November to until August, we received approximately 4500 applications from 89 countries. 50 students from 20 countries were accepted and registered at AGU Within 3 weeks of orientation, International Office provided support to our new students during the processes of registration, Diploma Equivalency, Residence Permit and Health Insurence etc. In addition, zoom meetings were held with the adminisrative departments of our university -such as the Student Dean’s Office, the Health, Culture and Sports Department, AGU Library, IT Department, Career Office and our university was introduced to the students more closely. A fun trip to Erciyes Mountain was organized to enable new students to get to know Kayseri better. Throughout this whole period, the wonderful volunteer team of International Office accompanied the new students for the registration, Residence Permit Application and Health Insurence Processes and taking them on a campus tour. At the end of this program, all the students wrote a letter to themselves to read after graduation.
